PUBLIC Transport: COASTAL EXPRESSWAY Route

If you are coming from the Manila or somewhere from the northern part of Luzon, and if you are much familiar with the COASTAL to CAVITE route, then you will be more at ease with this route.

This travel will come start from BACLARAN, and will use this site as the starting point for this trip to Tagaytay City.

  1. From Baclaran, take a bus going to Nasugbu or Mendez.
  2. The bus will then traverse the Coastal Expressway and will turn towards Cavite - Aguilando Hi-Way.
  3. As you cruise along the Cavite-Aguinaldo Hi-way, you can monitor your travel by taking note of the following land marks. You will pass by the following land marks as you travel. Coastal Expressway; Bacoor; Imus; Dasmariñas; Silang; Tagaytay.
  4. When you reach the Rotanda, this section will already have several restaurants and places of interest along this stretch. The left side will be overlooking the scenic Taal Volcano. You can take note of the places and alight whenever you feel comfortable with the place you choose.
  5. This trip will take at least one hour to at least an hour and a half from the Baclaran.
  6. Several jeepneys traverse the main road from one end of the town to the other side.
  7. Tricycles are also available.
